DEATH OF W. T. SUMMERS
June 3, 2009 — All of us would like to express our sympathy, love, and support to David and Janice Summers, Walt and Ginger Summers, Janice Leach, and their families in the death of W. T. Summers. W. T. died Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in Tupelo. His funeral, with miltary honors, was on Friday, May 29, 2009. We will continue to keep all of the family in our thoughts during this time. April 15, 2009 — Doug Comer and Joe Price Young have both been in the hospital for a couple of days in the past few weeks. Both are at home now. We wish a quick recovery for both of them.
SANDY MICHEL PASSES REAL ESTATE TEST
April 13, 2009 — Sandy Rodgers Michel recently took the Real Estate examination in Little Rock, Arkansas and has passed the test for her license. Congratulations Sandy.
THE ROUMENS HAVE MOVED TO THEIR NEW HOME
April 13, 2009 — Eddy, Sharon, Emily, and Libbey Roumen have recently moved into their new home in Franklin, Tennessee. Their new address is 582 Ploughmans Bend Dr. Franklin, TN 37064
ROBIN AND MADELYN VISIT
April 13, 2009 — Robin and Madelyn Young have been visiting their children in Franklin and Maryville, TN. They also visited Paul and Laura Young in Lake Junaluska, NC. While in North Carolina they went to the Thomas Wolfe House and Museum and the Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, NC.
MIKE COMER TO RETIRE
April 11, 2009 — Mike Comer is retiring. He is taking a month of leave and the first official date of retirement is May 1st. Congratulations Mike.
TERRY COMER IS GRADUATING
April 11, 2009 — Terry Comer is graduating from Blue Mountain on May 9th. He will have a degree in secondary education. Terry and Emily are planning to build a house in the fall. Congratulations Terry.
PAUL AND LAURA YOUNG'S OVERSEAS TRIP
April 11, 2009 — Paul and Laura Young recently returned from "The Great Rivers of Europe." The 16-day trip started in Amsterdam and went on the Rhine, Main, and Danube rivers to Vienna. They toured different towns along the river. There were many highlights on the trips, one of which was a "home visit" with a family in Wertheim, Germany. See the photos.
