YOUNG FAMILY GATHERS ON CHRISTMAS DAY
Dec. 26, 2006Fifty-eight members of the Young family and extended family gathered for the annual reunion on Christmas Day at J. D. and Jan Young.s house in Tupelo.
As usual, there was plenty of good food and, more important, lots of good fellowship. The youngest member was Lincoln Summers, son of Amanda and Mark.
J. D. welcomed everyone and then Gidge made a telephone call to Joe Price, who was on the road headed for California and everyone wished him a Merry Christmas. Even though the day was cloudy and misting rain, the mood inside was house was bright and sunny with everyone talking and .catching up. and enjoying the day. An extra big thanks goes to J. D. and Jan for hosting us each year.
